Our story

It started with a voice note in an Icelandic valley

In May 2023, parked in a campervan in Iceland, we recorded something raw, real and slightly awkward — and Maps & Metaphors was born. First as a podcast full of conversations with strangers-turned-friends, and now as a home for the trips behind them.
